Kavveri Telecom Acquires Canada Based Design and Development Co.

Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd., which manufactures antennas and RF (Radio Frequency) products, has acquired Canada based design and development company, Trackcom Systems International, for an undisclosed amount. Kavveri has made the acquisition through its wholly owned subsidiary Kavveri Technologies International, Canada.According to a report in The Hindu, Kavveri now holds a 67% stake in Trackcom Systems International.
