SAP Buys Visiprise, Maker Of Manufacturing Software

SAP this morning announced the acquisition of Visiprise, an Alpharetta, Georgia-based provider of manufacturing execution software solutions. The deal is expected to close in July 2008. Visiprise has about 300 employees. Terms were not disclosed.SAP today is up 22 cents, at $53.45. ...
