GOOG Gains Search Share From YHOO, MSN, AOL, ASK

Google s (GOOG) share of the U.S. search market in April reached 61.6%, according to ComScore, up from 59.8% in March, and 56.1% a year ago. All the other major search engines lost market share in the month.Yahoo s (YHOO) market share totaled 20.4%, down from 21.3% in March, and 24.6% a year ago.MSN (MSFT) has 9.1% share, down from 9.4% in March and 9.4% a year ago.ASK.com (IACI) had 4.6% share, down from 4.8% in March, but up from 4.5% a year ago.AOL (TWX) had 4.3% share, down from 4.7% in March, and 5.4% a year ago. ...
