Nevsun announces Eritrean Bisha project details

Nevsun Resources Ltd. announced today that its Bisha project in Eritrea will have a pre-production capital cost of $246 million a figure about $50 million more than the company expected when it estimated the cost in 2006. The Bisha project, which contains zinc, copper, gold and silver, is expected to produce 747 million pounds of copper, 1.09 billion pounds of zinc, 1.06 million ounces of gold and 94 million ounces of silver during its 10-year life. The company s shares traded up 2.6%, or four cents per share, on the Toronto Stock Exchange....
