Off Topic: Blockbuster Bids for Circuit City

So, Blockbuster s genius CEO, Jim Keyes, wants to combine his struggling retail giant with Circuit City. WHY? It s the kind of deal you can only justify if you re coming off a major spring break bender. Otherwise, I don t see how two blocks of lead can float. Why?
