Sensex, Nifty now almost flat for 2007

After being up almost 14% at one point, the Indian stock market indices - BSE Sensex 30 and NSE Nifty 50 - are now flat for the year 2007. Investors could have avoided all that heart-burn and just put their money in a fixed deposit paying 9% p.a.
