Ithaca rise most since trading on TSX Venture thanks to buyout offer

Ithaca Energy Inc. gained the most in the two years that it has traded on the TSX Venture Exchange, jumping 30% to $3.06. The energy exploration company with stakes in North Sea oil blocks received a $362.7 million ($367.5 million) takeover offer from Endeavour International Corp....
