Discovery Air announces buyback program

Discovery Air Inc. said Tuesday it would buyback up to 5 million of its Class-A shares for cancellation over the next year, or roughly 3.7% of the company s outstanding stock. Discovery Air believes that the market price of its common shares does not fully reflect the value of its business and future business prospects, the company said announcing the plan. As a result, it believes that purchasing its common shares represents an attractive investment opportunity and an appropriate and desirable use of available funds.
