Powershares QQQ (QQQQ), the exchange traded fund that seeks to replicate the NASDAQ-100 Index and tends to track the tech-laden NASDAQ, has been trending higher and looks to be breaking out above $50. Believe it or not, in the coming months it could re-test last summer s high of $55.07. That s because the largest holdings comprise about half of the fund and the names still have a solid investment thesis going forward despite already being close to 52-week highs.
