Markets Re-capTraders are anxiously awaiting the FOMC decision this afternoon; yesterday they were sending the Fed a message of their concern with the economy. Chemicals, papers, oil drillers the Basic Materials (XLB) and Energy (XLE) were both down -1.90% at the close....
