Image via WikipediaTuesday night, Skype 4.0 Beta for Windows launched. A brand new user interface, and a heavy emphasis on video are the key changes. This morning, Skype Director of Product Management Mike Bartlett joined us from London.We started with the obvious, which is that this is a huge change. The UI is very different, and some of those changes like the conversation list are really very helpful.
